Nearly all of the cuts land at exactly 40% off, and they cover the Salutation leggings and jackets, the Endless pant, the Brooklyn ankle pant and the Skyline pants.

Old Navy sweaters at half off

Gap tall jeans at $23 to $44
Gap’s tall jeans are still some of the best prices in the four stores. The Mid Rise Vintage Slim Jeans are $23, the ’90s Slim Straight and Long & Lean jeans are $26, and the Stride Wide-Leg Jeans are $44.

What this means for the next few weeks
J.Crew has run a 40% off jeans promotion twice in September, so full-price J.Crew denim is worth waiting on. The clearance jeans at $90 to $100 with complete 25 to 32 runs are the buy today, and clearance prices tend to hold until the sizes sell out.
Athleta’s 40% off rate started this week, so the safer plan is to treat it like the one-week promotions at J.Crew and Old Navy. The Endless and Brooklyn pants with complete 0 to 16 runs are the pieces to buy first.
At Gap, the jeans at $23 to $44 are the ones to buy now, since the sweaters showed this week that the half off rate can end on short notice.
