What to do about it
Buy the jeans, trousers and CashSoft this week. Gap’s sale prices end in whole dollars, which is the pattern of a timed promotion, and Gap’s promotions this fall have usually lasted about a week, so plan to order within a few days. The ’70s Flare and Long & Lean jeans at $44 with sizes up to 35 are the strongest buys in the store.
The few prices ending in 97 cents, like the $25 ’90s Slim Straight in Light indigo, are clearance and stay until sizes sell out.
